If personal data are transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area, such transfer will take place in compliance with Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR, through the adoption of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or based on adequacy decisions.

Data subjects may exercise, at any time, the rights provided under Articles 15–22 GDPR, including rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability. Data subjects also have the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
