Ronzoni Srl (hereinafter the “Controller”) ensures that the processing of users’ personal data is carried out in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). This Privacy Notice is intended to explain the methods, purposes, and rights related to data processing.

Data Controller and DPO

The Data Controller is Ronzoni Srl, with registered office at Via S. Cassiano 14 – 24030 Presezzo (BG), Italy, contactable via e-mail at info@ronzonisrl.it.

This Privacy Notice applies to users interacting with the website managed by the Controller, including through contact forms, newsletters, marketing tools, and statistical analysis tools.

The Controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO). For any request concerning the processing of personal data or to exercise the rights provided for under Regulation (EU) 2016/679, users may contact the Controller at the above e-mail address.

Categories of Data Collected

The website collects the following categories of personal data:

  • Identification and contact data voluntarily provided by the user, such as name, e-mail address, telephone number, company affiliation, as well as any content included in messages sent through the contact form or the Booking Calendar system;

  • Technical and browsing data, including IP address, device type, browser, date, and time of website access;

  • Usage data processed through tracking tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

The Controller does not process special categories of personal data within the meaning of Article 9 GDPR (e.g., health data, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs).

Purposes of Processing

Personal data collected through the website are processed for the following purposes:

  • Management of contact requests: responding to inquiries submitted by users;

  • Statistical analysis of web traffic: conducting aggregated and anonymous statistical analyses relating to browsing and use of the website, using tracking tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

Legal Basis for Processing

Processing of personal data is based on the following legal grounds pursuant to Article 6 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679:

  • Consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a)), expressed by selecting the appropriate checkbox;

  • Legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f)), linked to the need to improve website functionality, monitor its use, and optimize communication with users, including through statistical tools such as Google Analytics 4;

  • Compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)), where regulatory requirements arise in tax or administrative matters, for example when requests entail the issuance of accounting documentation.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

Data Retention

Personal data collected through the website are stored for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, specifically:

  • for the time required to manage and respond to requests submitted through the contact form or booking system, and in any case no longer than 12 months from the last contact, unless further legal obligations apply;

  • until consent is withdrawn, for processing activities based on consent;

  • for 10 years, if data are associated with tax, accounting, or administrative obligations (e.g., issuance of invoices or other official documents).

After the retention period, personal data will be deleted or anonymized through appropriate technical measures ensuring they cannot be recovered.

Disclosure to Third Parties and International Transfers

Personal data may be disclosed to third parties acting as Processors pursuant to Article 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, for activities strictly related to the above purposes. In particular, data may be shared with:

  • Officine Digitali Italiane Srl and Punto Com Srl, for IT consultancy, website development and management, and technical support services;

  • Google LLC, as provider of the Google Analytics 4 platform, for the processing of aggregated statistical data on website browsing.

If personal data are transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area, such transfer will take place in compliance with Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR, through the adoption of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or based on adequacy decisions.

Rights of Data Subjects

Data subjects may exercise, at any time, the rights provided under Articles 15–22 GDPR, including rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability. Data subjects also have the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

Requests regarding the exercise of rights may be sent to the Controller at info@ronzonisrl.it.

In any case, data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) pursuant to Article 77 GDPR.

The website uses:
