Faucets and valves

The production of industrial and civil plumbing fixtures combines complex internal geometries, such as valve seats, hydraulic passages, sealing threads, with the need for surface finishes that ensure fluid sealing over time. Components such as valve bodies, mixers and fittings require tools capable of working on multiple operations with constant precision, maintaining the required form and position parameters.

Ronzoni designs special tools for machining valve bodies in brass, bronze and stainless steels, with particular attention to cutting geometries for forming sealing seats and solutions for high-seal threading. Each tool is developed from the customer’s component technical drawing.
