Ronzoni HSS profile tools are made of super high-speed steel for operations requiring toughness and shaped profiles: threads, external broaching, and dedicated shapes.

Each profile is designed based on the customer’s drawing, with substrates and treatments selected to maximize durability and wear resistance.

From request to delivery

How each tool is created

  1. Drawing analysis

    The customer provides the part drawing or describes the machining operation. The technical department analyzes material, machine and work cycle.

  2. CAD design

    Cutting geometry, substrate and coating are defined to measure. The design is shared with the customer before production.

  3. Production and inspection

    Each tool is produced internally and 100% inspected. The customer receives the piece with the measurement report.
