Geometries are custom-designed for each application, with the possibility of regrinding to extend the tool’s service life.

How each tool is created

Drawing analysis

The customer provides the part drawing or describes the machining operation. The technical department analyzes material, machine and work cycle.
CAD design

Cutting geometry, substrate and coating are defined to measure. The design is shared with the customer before production.
Production and inspection

Each tool is produced internally and 100% inspected. The customer receives the piece with the measurement report.
